How do I use Menu Genie?

Tell us what you wish, and we will find that dish. We’ll find the restaurants that fit your taste buds for that day, and walk you through the ordering process. The Genie sends your order to the restaurant, and works with them to ensure a speedy and accurate completion.

How does it work?

After placing your order on our website, we let the restaurant know that they have received an order from Menu Genie. The restaurant will review and confirm that they have received your order. You will receive a receipt via e-mail. If there are any issues with the delivery time, item availability, etc., you will be contacted. If not, expect your order to be ready and correct by the estimated time.

Can I change my order after I place it?

That depends on the status of the order with restaurant. The Genie along with the restaurant try our best to get you the order ASAP. The sooner you contact us to change your order, the sooner we may be able to change it.

Does is cost anything extra?

Not a penny extra. The prices that you see on our website are exactly the same as the ones you would see in the restaurant. Menu Genie does not add any fees to the process, and we do not allow our partners to charge different prices than the ones they have in their restaurants.

Is your site secure? How can I be sure?

Does The Genie go around granting wishes to everyone? No! We take good care of those who use The Genie. We take all of the necessary precautions to make sure that your sensitive information is secure and protected. All of your payment information is handled on our site – The only information that gets sent to the restaurant is your name, address, phone number etc. Your payment information stays with us under lock and key.

I heard about Menu Genie through my organization, what do I have to do?

The Genie loves to give back! If you are a member of a youth association, non-profit group, or other participating organization, let us know! During your checkout, if your organization participates in the Genie give back program, you will be able to assign the donation from menugenie to your organization. Think of it as a year-long fundraiser!
